2004 — Started Our Jewelry Manufacturing Journey in China
With over two decades of experience in jewelry manufacturing, MCGA began its journey in China, building strong expertise in jewelry design, production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
From traditional craftsmanship to modern manufacturing technologies, we have continuously improved our capabilities to meet the evolving needs of global jewelry brands.
2008 — Established Our First Jewelry Production Facility
In 2008, we established our first jewelry factory, focusing on professional jewelry production and developing a complete manufacturing system from design development to mass production.
This milestone marked the beginning of MCGA’s journey toward becoming a trusted manufacturing partner for international brands.
2013 — Expanded Into Stainless Steel Jewelry Manufacturing
In 2013, MCGA launched its first stainless steel jewelry production line in China.
By introducing advanced manufacturing processes and expanding material capabilities, we strengthened our expertise in durable, waterproof, and everyday-wear jewelry solutions.
2015 — Developed In-House Plating & Surface Treatment Capabilities
In 2015, we established our own electroplating workshop to enhance product quality, color durability, and production efficiency.
By controlling key finishing processes internally, MCGA gained better control over quality standards and delivery timelines.
2020 — Established Vietnam Manufacturing Facility
In 2020, MCGA expanded its global manufacturing strategy by investing in a production facility in Thanh Hoa, Vietnam.
The new facility was built to support global supply chain needs and provide flexible manufacturing solutions for international jewelry brands.
2024 — Built a Full-Capability Jewelry Manufacturing System in Vietnam
By 2024, MCGA completed the expansion of its Vietnam manufacturing facility, creating a comprehensive production system covering stainless steel, brass, copper, zinc alloy, and titanium alloy jewelry.
With integrated capabilities including casting, CNC processing, polishing, stone setting, electroplating, and PVD vacuum coating, MCGA provides complete OEM & ODM solutions from concept to finished products.
